The format seems "solved". The good decks are getting better and more polarised. However, I doubt this will do any harm to the format. It has so much more going for it than tournament grinding.
My hot take: Ban Fireblast, Ban Parallax Tide

S-Tier are Stiflenought, Goblins, Burn.
Red is very dominant in Premodern and Stiflenought hasn't even reached its peak yet.
Other big winners are Parallax-decks. "Moneyball Black" is slowly getting traction, too. Old faithfulls like The Rock and Landstill are falling off

Overall, the format seems very healthy. There are no extraordinarily bad decks, and at the lower end, the decks hover slightly below average. However, on the top end, a clear separation in Tiers is visible.
Elves (barely) Enchantress Tide/Replenish are performing very well.
