Second Judge Rules Trump Trans Passport Ban Likely Unconstitutional "Under Any Standard Of Review" The decision only applies to named plaintiffs while a separate passport decision in Orr v. Trump applies to all transgender people.

1. Great news out of a federal court in Maryland this morning.

A judge has ruled that Trump's trans passport ban is likely unconstitutional, blocking it for the plaintiffs.

Importantly, it rules that it is likely unconstitutional at ANY level of review.
