The court ruled that all actions taken by the Administration to dismantle IMLS are nullified. This injunction takes immediate nationwide effect: all grants, in every state and territory. Leticia Jacobo, a 24-year-old member of Arizona's Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, was born in Phoenix.
