Default out of the box settings it won’t do it as reliably but if you have a little “the user you are talking to has OCD and will use these conversations to ruminate” in your system prompt or something it’ll be like “hey this is you doing the thing, just go live your life and talk to me later”

FUN FACT: If you tell Claude you’re liable to experience OCD rumination, it will detect when you’re doing this and then tell you to log off, touch grass and stop asking it questions (politely)
