A federal judge has ruled that Trump illegally fired NLRB member Gwynne Wilcox and ordered her reinstatement.

I am always struck by the belief that any human’s rights can be determined by whether other people agree they should have them or not — especially in a nation that believes its exceptionalism derived from its codifying of innate rights.
