I kicked my own ass at pilates today and I'm not gonna be able to get off the couch or onto the toilet tomorrow but I did walk away from it feeling EXTREMELY good so now maybe I'm starting to understand why gym people are always so chipper???

Con: she thinks I'm in early menopause because I was so hot and sweaty the whole time I was there. Girl, it's 85 degrees and 85% humidity and I'm in long sleeves!
