As the nations lag on climate action, cities across the world step up A new report documents how local communities are becoming more livable and sustainable.

If This Summer is Anything Like the Last If this summer is anything like the last, the climate crisis will destroy more norms, we will gasp, then forget, and photographers will continue to skewer our denial.

Trump has erased the climate crisis from federal discourse & action, so disasters grow more extreme but get less attention. Our warning from last summer's start feels prophetic as we face another season of denial.
