I’m still hearing new dialogue from squirrel girl but the same 3 lines from invisible woman. the game still has potential but idk man

i think rivals has been a good way to introduce characters to audiences in a way that doesn’t require them to watch a full blown film trilogy of multiversal narrative spaghetti.

Creativity is like a houseplant, not an endless well. You need to seek out sunlight, water, and nutrients in art, shows, music, experiences, and more to tend to it. And just like plants it has its dormant and active periods and you may not seem improvement for some time.

It’s so infuriating. Doubly so because of how environmentally
wasteful the technology behind AI is, I can’t fathom the amount of searches that are being done per second producing useless AI results that no one wants because they aren’t even useful. I wish there was a toggle to turn it off tbh.

No one has yet been able to answer my fundamental question: why should anyone bother playing through a story that no one bothered to write?????? Players want and DESERVE good story crafted by artisans, not AI slop.

You’ll probably see this screenshot floating around a lot but it really was wonderful to see Lynch put a scene in Twin Peaks: The Return where he has his character literally stare at the camera and say that you should either support trans people or die. I needed to hear that in 2017

So glad they kept Peter Stormare in it, his sections in the game always had me so on edge!! Also very interesting how they’ve decided to adapt the branching narrative mechanic into a plot device. Thoroughly looking forward to watching this when it’s released at home so I can hide behind a pillow 🙂‍↕️
