So pleased to have attended the #TrinityHealthofNewEngland #MakingMiracles gala tonight with my wonderful wife. Proceeds benefited THoNE's maternal and infant services.

People who get their #HealthInsurance through the state marketplaces and live in #red states:

Please let your federal representatives know exactly how much your premiums are going up due to the expiring subsidies.

You could post a before & after screenshot. Please help defend your care access.

The literal and figurative fallout from testing all those decades ago is still being felt in the health challenges of communities across the US.

Among people directly exposed *and* their descendants.

Do we want to do this to at least 2 more generations?

@hyundaiusa.com, can you give the 2026/2027 #Ioniq 6 better color choices?

"Transmission blue" blends into the middle of the black, grey, silver, and white basics. The gold is tacky, and the only real color with pizzaz is the red.

Please bring in the green, teal, or blue you have for Ioniq 5 & 9.

There are more sources of #health information than ever, but the public is perhaps the worst that it has ever been when it comes to sifting truth from fiction.

Especially with changes to #StudentLoans policy, home-growing rural trusted voices will get harder.

Physicians are teachers in peril.

#AI, EVs, heat pumps, AC, and so many other devices surround us.

Now is not the time to pull funding/subsidies from cheapest-to-start, easiest-to-maintain #greenenergy projects.

#Coal / #oil country needs to be at the forefront of this conversion of jobs, not obstructing economically sound policy.

Nobody wants to pay for #healthcare. The #shutdown fight really centers around:

Should individuals pay much higher premiums when #OpenEnrollment starts next month? (and if they can't, go without insurance or downgrade plans)

or

Should our collective taxes help more broadly to keep people insured?

For further perspective, even before this cut,

for every $100 paid by private insurers:

#Medicare pays $70

#Medicaid pays $42-$49

and they're dropping it lower. You can imagine the math each medical office does to determine how many Medicaid patients they can afford.

Dems can't chicken out here. Open enrollment is just-over a month away. The sticker shock on health insurance marketplaces is going to be incredible if the federal subsidies aren't renewed. People will absolutely decide that they can't afford coverage or will downgrade their coverage.
