Trump has very explicitly said that he’ll just figure out a different mechanism for doing the tariffs if he loses at SCOTUS.

It’s great that he lost in court, but it seems very likely this decision won’t be the last word on any of it.

now that the tariffs are gone i don't see a reason to stop charging $100k per knife. People found a way to pay it so they must have the money to do so, and I'm not incentivized to do otherwise. I am every business.
