Speak up about why equity matters. Challenge harmful stereotypes. Make space for voices that are often pushed aside.

2️⃣ Listen and unlearn
Treat listening and unlearning as personal growth. Approaching them with curiosity and humility helps us better understand experiences beyond our own.

1️⃣ Center kindness
Disagreements over values, education, or opinions shouldn’t lead to division. Holding others accountable can—and should—be rooted in kindness.
