I ended up going to IBC this weekend. It’s been a lot of fun. Odd story. During a speed dating event, after very much NOT connecting with one fellow, I asked for his views on monetary policy. He was very surprised and responded that he works for the Federal Reserve in DC. Wow! Random coincidence!

I hope all at the DOJ who are demanding that prosecutors drop the corruption case against Eric Adams because of a political deal he struck with Trump are themselves prosecuted.

I cancelled my vacation in Kentucky. With what Trump is doing to dismantle our federal workforce, I have no doubt that last night’s plane crash will be one of several disasters to come. I doubt I will ever get on a plane again for the next four years. I feel for all the families who lost loved ones.

How do you handle employees who are supposed to help you and instead fuck you over despite you giving them instructions again and again in painstaking detail? Asking for a friend.
