Stores have been selling more and more pork and chicken hasn’t been looking all that great lately either. I see striped chicken and keep walking.

Sorry. Their meat hasn’t been shipped over yet. Also, if you can… find a local place to buy good quality meat. Add beans to your diet, to lower your meat consumption while still getting proper protein (and fiber!) a personal meat grinder is a nice purchase as well. Good luck to us all.

Seven hours of my day was spent watching Senator Merkley and other senators speak while asking him pointed questions. I haven’t looked to see how the first 15 hours went; or who all joined him during those hours. The sign is everything. I’m glad it’s on record.

The mom groups are freaking out!!! Especially knowing Thanksgiving is coming. I keep sharing a list of all services in my area for food pantries and hot food meals. Our school district does a great job to connect families with help as well. Good Luck everyone. Help each other and be kind.

I recommend everyone reads/listens to this book. There’s a bit about Amazon & how they’ve wrecked commerce on and off their platform. People not shopping there are still paying the “Amazon tax.” I am still in the middle of it. I doubt it has all the answers to fix our woes but it’s very informative.
