This is an attack on free speech and cannot be allowed to stand.

All elected officials need to speak up and push back on this undemocratic act.

Of 21 nominees Tina Smith voted to confirm 2 of them. Rubio was 1 of them I haven't been able to find who the 2nd one was, but I was able to confirm it was not Kennedy.
