becauze how does having 500 calories for the whole day equate 5lb weight increase

trying to tell myself my weight gain is from all the liquids I'm having to chug for this

binge ate for the first time in 27 days. hate myself. fatty mc fatty. i gained 8lbs in one day from eating something I was allergic to two days ago and i just crashed this past day
ate things im even more allergic too and just kept going. im so bloated i hurt so bad
