Arrived at Tweed & Company Theatre for 7pm Rocky Horror Show, to no electricity in the building or surrounding area. Power supposed to be restored at 7pm, in which case show will begin at 8:30pm. Wish them luck!!

Really ended that NYC trip on a double-high, with a return to my favourite new musical of the last couple years MAYBE HAPPY ENDING, and the best production of CHESS I’ve ever seen. But pretty darned happy to be back in Canada.

Pretty excited for this one. Can’t wait to see and hear the new CHESS on Broadway!

Great catching up with Sophie Dushko and catching Chilina Kennedy in previews for new off-Broadway musical Reunions at New York City Center.

Also caught the hilarious Ginger Twinsies featuring the fabulous Mitch Wood.

Great Day 1 of National Alliance for Musical Theatre Festival with a terrific presentation of Kevin Wong’s Soft Magical Tofu Boy(s), ending with a Celebration of Kevin Wong hosted by The Musical Stage Company.

Day 1 of the 2025 National Alliance for Musical Theatre Festival of New Musicals which I’m excited for every year, but particularly so this year as the musical theatre world-at-large is introduced to the fabulous Kevin Wong through his new musical Soft Magical Tofu Boy(s). Congrats Kevin!!
