That’s the alarm set, in preparation for the taxi arriving at 04:20 to whisk us off to the airport! 🇲🇹

Sunday supper! Sliced chicken breast and halloumi coated in za’tar and honey with fresh figs. This was on a bed of baby salad leaves, rocket and red onion pickled in lemon juice and chill flakes with fresh mint and finished with a sprinkling of crushed pistachios!

One small act of kindness can turn someone’s whole day around. Imagine the impact if we all tried ✨
