Honestly, I actually recommend watching the interview. He's not disparaging about the fans, the club, or the players, but just talks about how it is being run

But that those who run it are running it in the opposite way to that. We aren't willing to go out and pay wages to rival the big clubs

It's absolutely not justified. He said nothing that we as fans wouldn't. The quote you will see everywhere is "Tottenham say they are a big club, but they aren't" and it's taken completely out of context. He talks about how "to dare to do" is everywhere around the club...

Right? It's not that our players getting booked is wrong, it's that other teams keep getting away with it. The whole point of VAR was to resolve inconsistencies, but it's done nothing of the sort

I'm not sure "attempts to pay" really mean anything. I think we've all been Spurs fans to know that a classic play of this club is to say "oh we tried to sign X" in an attempt to pacify fans. Until they stop trying and start doing, I won't believe they have changed

At the start we did feel a little more organized (and I mean REALLY early on), but we never felt like an attacking threat, even for one game. Inability to score meant player and fan frustration, meant everything quickly imploded. I still don't get how a supposedly adaptable manager did this.

I am wondering if Levy had still been there, would he have educated Frank on the correct way to talk about the club? A gentle reminder that we shouldn't be talking about aiming to be Brentford or banging on about how good arsenal are. With him gone, nobody in management experienced the rivalry.

My agenda? Get a grip. I have been very outspoken against Frank for months on here. I didn't like Frank either, but you are struggling to separate your justifiable dislike of a manager with your assessment of the squad's ability

When was the last time he played for France? Why did he get frozen out of the PSG team?

Except you are given an opinion. I get you didn't like Frank and you want to defend the squad, but if you can't even admit your own takes are an opinion, that truly is losing the plot

And there's nothing to substantiate yours either, but attempting to take a realistic look at our squad is not "losing the plot" or whatever else you'd like to paint it as. Your attempts to disparage those who disagree with you and accuse them of saying things they haven't is not a good look.
