Best part about prepping and freezing ingredients for future meals is any left over bits go into a big bowl to make a rice bowl for lunch~

Today's mixed rice is steamed egg, air fried sweet potato, my instant pot high fiber rice mix, green onions, hot sauce, and some soy sauce~

i'm not asking ya'll to mask up everywhere. but can you at least mask up in places that ill and disabled folks *have* to go to? grocery stores? pharmacies? appointments? government appointments? keep some masks in your car. keep a couple in your backpack.

Trying to make lower GI rice with lentils and couscous then freezing. Hopefully I end up liking it, because I would not like to cut out rice completely.
