A screenshot of a social media post from a parody account styled as a governor’s press office. The post uses all caps and mocks a political figure by describing a fake award in exaggerated, insulting language. Below it is another post sharing a short video clip from a televised event at the Kennedy Center. In the video still a man in a suit is being given a large decorative medal by another man while cameras and a news chyron run along the bottom. The scene takes place on a stage with a blurred backdrop.

These bullshit "resistance accounts" spewing this AI garbage are so incredibly toxic. I saw this video below and believed it was real until Kevin posted this (hint: always check the signs and lettering... if it's gibberish, it's likely AI). These aren't doing anyone any good. Block accordingly.

Went out for celebratory drinks with Harlow last night and showed her all of the wonderful things people were saying in response to the article. She's extremely touched and a little overwhelmed by the responses. "I wasn't sure if my story was interesting enough!" Lady, please. It's fascinating

Aerial view of the Acropolis of Athens, situated on a rocky hill overlooking the city. The Parthenon, with its partially preserved columns and ruins, stands at the center. Other classical structures, including the Erechtheion and the Propylaea, are visible nearby. Below the Acropolis, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, a semicircular stone theater, is nestled into the hillside. The surrounding area is a mix of greenery and densely packed modern buildings, showing the contrast between ancient history and contemporary Athens.

The fascist wax museum display looks ok.
But, it could use a bit more gold decor.

Black-and-white historical photograph showing a massive, billowing mushroom cloud rising high above a calm body of water. The cloud is dark and turbulent at the base, gradually lightening toward the top, with a thick stem connecting it to the surface. A small ship is visible in the foreground on the water, dwarfed by the enormous cloud, providing scale. The horizon is flat with distant land or trees faintly visible.

On Dec. 6, 1917 at 8:45 a.m., the Imo and Mont-Blanc (which was packed with explosives) collided in Halifax Harbour.
At 9:05 a.m., the Mont-Blanc exploded. The 2.9 kiloton blast levelled most of Halifax, killed 1,700 and injured 9,000.
This is the story.

A very important thread. When I was probably no more than 10, I saw this picture of the woman known as Harlow in the Philly Inquirer. A little babygay, I was shocked that such a glamour queen could live in my hometown and even more shocked to see her described as "a former man."

Mine does that too! She jumps the 6-foot gap from the fence to the carport, then she runs along the eaves taunting the dogs when they’re in the back yard. Little bitch!

Exactly. My little kitty has no trouble jumping a four-foot barrier blocking the front of the carport. Sails right over it. There is nothing I could do in my small house to keep her away from a tree. There’s always something for her to use as a launchpad.
