That's why we should have properly affordable housing of a decent standard- whether private or public.
Not opposed to NGOs (and i support a number), but they exist in many cases because of a failure of government.

Just shows how lacking in basic economics these hard conservatives are. They'd complain about the cost of affordable, but decent, public housing, even though it would be a fraction of the cost of policing, prosecuting and imprisoning people for vagrancy that their policies entail.
