The editing is the issue. I am not aware of a free program that will do much of that.

I think it depends how you define the bubble. Numerically, RPI in the 40s is on the bubble, so its technically accurate. But an RPI in the 40s AND ranked top 25 is not on the bubble IMO. Last week, none of the good projections had us seeded near the bubble or listed among the "last in".
