Vale Professor Helen Thomas - SVI It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Professor Helen Thomas, an outstanding medical researcher whose work in type 1 diabetes made a significant impact.

Rest in peace. I only had the chance to talk to Helen a few times but I will always remember her as a kind and amazing scientist . Very sad news.
