Yea, there is some of that. Tho I mostly deal with static meshes, so it's way easier (unless you want to have colliders made automatically for you, there is not a lot you need to do?)...

So in my pursuit of studying game design I finally tried Stardew Valley. The game is great. There are a lot of great things one can learn from it. I really like the progression and variety here.

Obsidian is great! And even if the software disappears, you still have all your data in markdown.

Also, with plugins you can basically have your own kanban boards and much more. It takes a bit to set it up, but I have whole project management suite now built in Obsidian.

Thanks! Yes, lighting is super important in making low poly look good. And as the name suggest...low poly should be low poly ^^ Tho I got to admit that the demo map there for UE has way too much geo too, but I wanted to see how much grass the engine could handle ^^(grass density is easy tunable tho)

While checking out lighting in Unreal 5.6.1 I accidentally made this render from my Low Poly Nature pack. Pretty cool, ain't it?

To get the same look on the demo map, you just need to disable volumetric fog on exponential height fog.

Never trust LLM for anything.

...and use docs. There are good docs for a lot of things. But also for all of them there is tons of content out there.
