Drew in my sketchbook before bed tonight and it made me so happy I cried.
My sketchbooks are like a timeline of all the people I have been over the years, and I love all the little guys in there. I can see them with much kinder eyes now.

I've the house to myself for a little while so I'm taking the opportunity to creep, crawl, and skitter about in the dark.

Anyway, I feel like Bsky works better for me than most other sites because it doesn't try to put content in front of you all the time. If I want to see something here, I generally need to seek it out, and that extra degree of separation lets me moderate my usage better.

I try to limit how much/which social media I use because my brain is stinky. I'll see a nice photo someone posted and think "What a great photo! They look like they're having fun" and then 6.25s later: "...but you're not there having fun like them, so you must be really boring and sad I guess?"

I just got used to moving so often that I hardly think about that kinda stuff, but I'd like to get better about it. I think I'll try painting the walls a fun color first to see if that helps.

I definitely prefer extended. It's just seemingly impossible to get filled in my area. I think I'll talk to the pharmacy directly and see if they have any suggestions

One thing I *don't* like about the switch to instant release meds is that even if I take 2, I feel like they don't offer as much coverage as the extended release did. But "some meds" are better than "no meds" so I'll just deal with it.
