Saw Death of a Unicorn last night.

Silly fun movie. The Unicorn design was magnificent.

My friend listens to this podcast called Mission To Zyxx. There's a living bean named Beano in the show. My friend showed me some art and I was like "nuh-uh", so I made this real quick. We are no longer at the point where a bumper sticker absolves someone of dick-all. Maybe a few years back but now it the equivalent of quietly holding up paddles with disapproving messages during the SOTU. Must be nice to be so removed from it all.

Like I've said multiple times, there will always be edge cases and they deserve to be listened to. But muddying the message because we want to feel good for thinking of theoretical "what-ifs" is slowing things down to engage in performative care.

You kind of are running cover for tesla and tesla owners by saying if you buy this bumper sticker we will free you from consequence. Again it is a Tesla, they are not cheap to buy/maintain, I guarantee they can afford a cheaper car. again ACTUAL EDGE CASES CAN BE DISCUSSES WHEN THEY OCCUR

Finally reading the Perez/Wolfman New Teen Titans. It uhh hasn't aged the best, but also has some of the best stuff I've read in a comic in a long time. It's starting to give whiplash

the price of buying/maintaining a tesla as it is, there cant be more than a dozen such cases tops. And there are always going to be theoretical edge cases, we shouldnt bring halt sction to preemptively address all of them. You seem like a good person, but this is just running cover for tesla.

I think it is reasoning to avoid actually having to change one's personal life. It is putting one's own mental well-being over the people being corralled and imprisoned.

But sticking a bumper sticker on a tesla is a solution that only solves "driver feels guilty about not doing anything" when instead they could "do anything else". It's a selfish solution
