My biggest takeaway from today’s SCOTUS ruling is that Donald Trump was mentioned over one million times in the Epstein files, yet somehow no one is holding him accountable.

The Colbert Talarico conversation is so silly. This is why Dems lose.

Yes, CBS didn't want to have Talarico on, and white people assume this is because Trump didn't want to be made fun of on TV.

CBS claims it is because they need to provide equal time, and so need to invite Jasmine Crockett.

Colbert: "They know damn well that every word of my script last night was approved by CBS lawyers who, for the record, approved every script that goes on the air."

this piece makes some important points including:

1) The FCC hasn't actually changed the late night equal time rules
2) Enforcement of a violation would be very limited usually requiring equal time for the other candidate(s)

Given all that, why did CBS censor Colbert? To keep Trump happy.
