I have therapy on Thursday.

AND to be in the position of trying to break into a new industry (Library and Information Science) is even HARDER!!

I’m often baffled when I think about the situation I’m in right now.
I took my old job for granted. I’d give anything to go back.

I know I’m not the only one in this position.
But I think a lot of people don’t talk about what it‘s like to be working a toxic job and feeling like you’re spinning your wheels trying to get out.

I’m incredibly lucky to be employed right now.
I am incredibly unlucky to be employed with a shitty job.
I’ve know that I needed out within my first 30 days—that was almost a year ago. I have applied to job after job after job for 11 months and haven’t landed a single interview.
