Board appointment announced

Carole Wilkinson, Chair of Healthcare Improvement Scotland since 2018, has been appointed as the Interim Chair of NHS Tayside.

Evelyn McPhail has been appointed Interim Chair of Healthcare Improvement Scotland.

Loved this session tonight (my first time). Really enjoyed the focus on deep listening - we always start a change project with an "understand" phase so why are we so quick to jump to solutions in a conversation? Deeper listening is good!
