I know it’s just rhetoric, but framing this conflict as Zelensky’s war is psychotic. Russia invaded Ukraine. We promised to support them, help them win this war. Abandoning an ally like this—or forcing them to pay when really they’re fighting our battles—sends a terrible message to our allies.
