Yes, same! I had to convince myself over and over again that making my own food and going for my stupid little walks makes me feel like not everything is terrible. It’s taking some time, but I’m getting there!

That’s amazing! The depression/binge eating cycle is no joke, and can be so hard to break out of (speaking as someone who has been dealing with it for yeeeaaaars). Thanks for sharing, too! You’re motivating me to keep up with my tracking!

Work already has me feeling overwhelmed. Every day feels like I don’t know what I’m doing, and I don’t feel helpful or useful. I don’t know. It just doesn’t feel the same and people don’t seem as friendly. It might be my last year working here and I really hope it can be a good one
