First week no TikTok… I just caught myself listening to my nightly ai voice Reddit stories on my iPad, while scrolling through a subreddit about raising monarch butterflies on my phone. How did I get here 😭

Currently in bed under my weighted blanket, watching a history documentary and eating cheesecake …I can’t tell if this is true homeostasis or if I’ve just evolved myself into my grandma overnight

Being sober from weed (can I say that on here?), mostly sober from alcohol and having practically no social media is such a strange feeling… I’m zen but also resisting the urge to bang my head against a wall just to feel something

I’m almost certain that they orchestrated this blackout so that meta could buy TikTok, change the algorithm, bury all of the unbiased/ leftist news and then in a day or two after trumps inauguration he’ll make a big statement about “saving tiktok” and we’ll all be allowed to log back BUT

With pattern recognition and anarchy bubbling in my veins I find myself staring at my now very boring phone in horror as I realize that this is exactly the same opening as all of the wars we were taught propagandized versions of in high school

They want us to download all the meta apps again so bad but honestly I’m going to just start playing papas pizzeria again with the same vigor that I consumed tiktok

I never got that message that everyone else got though? Like it’s not working but somehow I can still get into the shop and see like 5 things and my profile but nothing else will load

Everything on tiktok glitched and stopped working exept this one tech guys live I followed years ago bc I broke my phone 😭 just sat in his live for 30 minutes until everything shut down… this is depressing

I used to sleep in a king sized bed next to a man that loves to take up as much space as possible and I was always on the very edge or falling off the side… and now I’m in a queen by myself and I still sleep on the edge

I wonder which trauma response makes it impossible for me to sleep unless I listen to a specific, fatherly ai voice read fake Reddit stories on YouTube… every night for nearly 5 years..
