Wat mij betreft zit de kracht van zijn observatie er vooral in dat hij waarschuwt voor aanhoudende acties om steun voor Oekraïne te ondermijnen. Dat gaat dus over Europa. Blijven testen, kijken of er gereageerd wordt. Landen tegen elkaar uitspelen.
