It should be 40°C! There was an error with the temp controller in the nano ion source. We solved it just by unplugging it, as per the instruccions in the manual.
And the good news is that the column seems to be performing OK even if it looks like Freddy Krueger 😬

Let's keep in mind that grants in Argentina are at least 10 to 50 times less money than in other parts of the world, and we pay 2 to 3 times more for reagents and consumibles and ....well, every imported thing.
