They want to recruit guys who used crystal meth for the first time in the past two years OR who considered it but ultimately decided not to.

He died in 1985, aged 59.

On August 28, 1971, the historic We Demand Rally took place in Ottawa. Activists and protestors marched on Parliament Hill with a 13-page brief containing a list of 10 demands for federal lawmakers. This would be the first large scale gay rights demonstration in Canada.
