Ten pages of a screenplay written last night! We’re so back!

I haven’t been able to write a screenplay since grad school, which ruined my entire cohort’s perspective of our abilities.

Today, I finished a scene outline of a feature I’ve been waiting to write since 2019.

I have never been proud of myself.

Okay I’ve been gone for a bit but I’m back and I binged this book yesterday and it is a MUST-READ. It comes out in a few months so make room for it in your reading plans. It healed a little piece of me that yearns for second chances and found families and winged cats 💙📚

Great minds! It’s just the right kind of ridiculous that I totally loved it

I loved this book. It’s a little ridiculous and the concept is insane and it was such an enjoyable read. I devoured it in two sittings and I can’t wait to read the next one. This is officially my recommendation to people when they ask for a holiday romance! 📚💙

I pity the person who must rewrite/remix Austen, but this was still a delightful little queer read. Definitely YA, but it was an easy and sweet little happy ending that I needed right now. Absolutely recommend 📚💙

i know a lot of people are like "live for spite!!!" and i 100% support that if that's what keeps you going but if it doesn't work for you you can live for a variety of reasons, including "read book that isn't out yet", "love", "step on a crunchy leaf", "look at the river", "pat a creature" etc

just got 9 books for $29 at a used book charity sale for a cat sanctuary and that’s truly what life is all about

I personally like the way the wording flows. I’m not deep enough in yet to get to the mythology but it’s building up and I always enjoy seeing how authors integrate that into their stories!

I am reading a very good book right now to combat the everything outside and sometimes you just need a book and tea and a cat and some room to breathe 📚💙
