I also agree it’s not always accurate. Better at some things than others. But it’s a useful tool that will only grow in strength.

And I promise 1 thing, love it or hate it, it’s not going anywhere.

100% easy to tell if someone just copy/paste. But I tend to let my frustrations leak into my writing sometimes, and AI will help me soften my tone. More like an editor than a ghost writer for me.

I use it to reword texts/emails.

Saves me a LOT of time creating social media content.

My brokerage has a “broker bot” trained in all things real estate. Use that for questions on forms and stuff.

It’s a quick way to get info on an HOA or community I’m unfamiliar with.

Running comps. Etc etc

You know I don’t work in AI, right? I just use it like millions of others.

Why?

That article (which is over 2yrs old) doesn’t speak to the usefulness or longevity of AI tech, but to the initial shock of how complex and fluent they seemed to be which gave off a false sense of intelligence.

AI isn’t going anywhere and will only continue to become an even bigger part of society.

I’m a realtor. Most agents use AI daily, I know I do.

And don’t get me wrong, I understand the concerns on the impact of AI and have several myself, but people are fooling themselves if they think it’s just some fad that’s going away.

Who thinks the AI bubble is bursting? AI boom has only just begun.

It’s an everyday tool for my business and its influence grows every day.

I doubt GB will ever get in serious talks for Parsons. He will require lots of draft capital AND a cap busting contract.
