Oh my goodness, there was a Health and Wellness Fair at work today and there were therapy dogs Daisy and Buddy for giving pets! They're both good doggos. Definitely a great day!!!

Maybe if we put them onto an aircraft carrier?

It's actually based off of Bully in the Alley, which may not be a sea shanty, but is definitely reminiscent of one!

Came down this morning to the girls listening to Stan Rogers' "Barrett's Privateers". Apparently the "How do I start and F16" song has rekindled a love of sea shanties!

Taught the kids how to play Settlers of Catan today. And I crushed them all.

I stood up for a moment and this furry little thief took over my spot; and she knew what she was doing, too. Absolutely adorable little thief

Imagine my surprise when I look over and she's scrubbing a soapy potato...

Oldest asked to help with Thanksgiving Dinner. I've got her scrubbing potatoes. She asked me a question: what I heard was "do I need to soak the potatoes." What she asked was "do I need to SOAP the potatoes."

When I went out to pick the kids fresh raspberries for their lunches the loveliest little bee was just coated in pollen having a little rest still on the sunflower. It brought me joy

It's officially fall at NDHQ! CANGOSCOM is preparing to move to their winter operating locations and nature is painting the leaves some pretty brilliant colours! This scene brought me a lot of joy on my walk to work this morning!
