Shout out to the stupid tariffs for making this year cost over twice as much as usual. I wouldn’t normally pay that just for this but like this is our one thing we do for valentines every year so worth… but I do not recommend others do the same unless you REALLLLLY want it 😂

We’ve started a tradition of getting whatever Nintendo Godiva collab we fancy each year and this year is the Animal Crossing sets! Last year we got two Pikmin sets and I need Godiva to please sell their strawberry chocolate by itself, it’s so good!! 🍓✨🍫

You’re so right. These little creatures are so special. I do miss him so much but I also see him in Rivet in a lot of ways. They’re so loving and it’s really a blessing to have them be a part of our daily lives. I keep Ratch with me in my heart and he can rest right next to where Rivet is there. 💖💖💖

I haven’t opened up much about it but losing Ratchet really broke something in me that I don’t know has healed yet. It sent me to one of the darkest places I’ve ever been but thankfully therapy has been helping me a lot. Folks, don’t forget to take care of your brains 💖

Real talk I still struggle a lot with this loss. I often dream of him still being here, of recovering from the impossible. I still struggle and cry from the pain but I make more progress processing it every day. I’m so glad we adopted Rivet when we did because having her kinda saved me!

It’s now been a year since we lost Ratchet. I still think about him everyday. It’s been a really hard year but I’m able to handle it better every day.
