I agree, up to a point. I always hope a manager will turn it around, but there is a limit to the amount of games you can lose with incremental improvement.

I don’t dislike him, but I do feel a bit disappointed/gaslighted. He spoke about risk-taking and front-footed football before the season started, but we have seen very little of that. I can see that being one factor (although I agree it seems extreme).

I feel dirty, but this is all I have at the moment.

Well, whatever is happening behind the scenes hopefully settles down. I also hope that Frank is able to change (even though most people seem to think that is unlikely, which I understand based on the evidence thus far). Bring on the New Year (or at least January).

I like that some at least try to see the silver linings. At the same time I also think that the reactive football we see is not likely to be sustainable (I’m straddling the fence here, I know). Or, it may be sustainable for being where we are, but not moving up.
