The first thing Yaxley-Lennon did on leaving court was to thank Elon Musk for funding his legal costs.

That's Elon Musk who has repeatedly called for civil war in the UK.

As of typing this - all of the major politicians and platforms maintain a presence on X and it is time for them all to leave.

The guy did something real & exceptional which exposes the triviality of race-baiters like Goodwin.

In such a situation, no remotely decent, well-adjusted person should be โ€œjust asking questionsโ€œ about โ€Britishnessโ€, instead of giving thanks that there are people who risk their lives for others.

Train company LNER 'extremely proud' of rail worker in critical condition after mass stabbing as family call him 'hero' The "extraordinary bravery" of the LNER worker who intervened during the train mass stabbing attack on Saturday has been hailed by his company.

Iโ€™m sure Matt Goodwin will be along shortly to tell us all whether LNER Customer Service Host Samir Zitouni counts as British or not. news.sky.com/story/train-...

Of course itโ€™s no coincidence that a party run by a con artist & stuffed to the gills with bad faith actors decided is called โ€œReformโ€œ - it stands ready to reform away your rights, reform your council tax bill into something bigger while promising to shrink it, reform public service into griftingโ€ฆ

I prefer deforming, which better describes what is being done to remove human rights our forefathers fought to enshrine in law, and protect before my parents were born.

You might want to read the reports more carefully and critically next time. The only right the governments are really talking about is Article 8, and theyโ€™re talking about how to restrict it for certain people. No other โ€˜reformsโ€™ or โ€˜modificationsโ€™. Just removal of rights.

04.11.2025 07:40 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 25    ๐Ÿ” 2    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Just to be clear, it IS about removing rights. Specifically itโ€™s about removing Article 8 rights - private and family life - to make it easier to deport people.

You wonโ€™t find advocates able to mention any other rights here.

Always be wary of politicians insisting that the only way to truly โ€œtake back controlโ€ is to remove our rights and freedoms. We lose our protection from abuses of power while our country loses trust and influence on the world stage. Thatโ€™s not control. Itโ€™s weakness.

Nige is no longer laughing at himself as he โ€˜performsโ€™ yet another big speech | John Crace Reform leader is trying to make it as a mainstream politician โ€“ which involves contradicting himself and gaslighting voters

โ€œHis main theme was that the country was fucked. Largely because of Brexit. Weirdly, he has no memory of being the main architect behind the Brexit vote. He seems to think it happened in a world in which he played no part.โ€

โ€œReformingโ€ is one of those weasel words like โ€œmodernisingโ€ which, in the mouths of bad faith actors, can hide a multitude of sins.

Funny how when people talk about โ€˜reformingโ€™ the ECHR, they always mean removing rights from people they donโ€™t like.

A very minor issue compared with the people who promised to bring your bills down putting them up, but that picture of Farage does bear a startling resemblance to Pepe the Frog, that cartoon character appropriated as a meme by the far right.

I can't understand why uber-wealthy people like Joe Rogan have sponsors.

To me the entire point of wealth accumulation is so when someone tries to get you to do something you don't feel like doing or say something disingenuous, you can confidentially say no.

So, man who chose to declare his party's manifesto was a contract now declares it was "only ever aspirations". That's absolutely not what it said in the document.

Who's going to call Farage out over that?

Farageโ€™s Brexit wrecked economy and public know heโ€™s to blame Campaigners have warned that Reform UK leader Nigel Farage "wants to take more risks with people's financial security" after he gave a speech setting out new economic policies.

โ€œThe public are crystal clear - including a third of his own supporters - that leaving the EU has been a failure - cite the economic fallout and blame Farage for the pain. His poor judgement disqualifies him from being trusted with the economy.โ€ 2/2 ~AA

He founded UKIP in 1993 and was first elected as an MEP in 1999, twenty-six years ago. Less than 5% of current MPs (31 to be precise) have a longer career in politics than Farage. ~AA
