Saying “few” when the context implies “a few”. It’s such a subtle difference to non-native speakers who are often the ones making the mistake. Would feel quite mean to correct anyone for it so I say nothing and get annoyed at my own grinchiness.

I wonder how long you have to be on here before you can start inviting your friends?
