Curious mind, family man and home-health business owner

30.12.2024 18:15 β π 40 π 3 π¬ 1 π 0Yes, many decent people have. I doubt most of them though were publicly shaming others for the exact same behavior they were participating in like Gaetz did to Hunter Biden a little more than a year ago. It is the hypocracy (and the underage child he abused) that is causing this strong reaction.

16.12.2024 17:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This has all the makings of a national emergency. Aging population, minimal safety net, vast oveerbuilding, fewer kids to support aging parents, and limited immigration success to fill the gaps.
16.12.2024 17:17 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0If you go back and watch interviews or town halls with Steve Jobs, he frequently would pause for a decent amount of time, giving the question a lot of thought before answering. I always felt it was respectful and am always impressed by anyone who says "I am not sure" or "I need to think about it"
03.12.2024 21:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This makes no sense. Trump opened the door to unrestricted pardons when he pardoned Manifort and Stone, both directly related to crimes benefiting him, and then his Father-in-Law and soon to be himself. No loving parent would leave their son exposed to someone as vindictive as Trump
02.12.2024 19:10 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0One of the greatest comedies in the history of television. And brave enough to stop at 5 years rather then have the quality deteriorate. 2 legends right there.

Australians reacted with a mixture of anger and relief to a social media ban on children under 16 that the government says is world-leading, but which tech giants like TikTok argue could push young people to βdarker corners of the internetβ reut.rs/3Zc4FCt

A brilliant but very uncomforable read. The interactions with law enforcement and his experience with the dentist really drove home for me the sense of lonliness and helplessnes the unhomed must feel constantly.
29.11.2024 05:15 β π 6 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0This is a great idea that would seem to help Trump by 1. Sending a warning shot to China and their Taiwan ambitions 2. Repair his reputation of being Putin's lapdog and 3. Fulfil his campaign promise.
29.11.2024 05:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Donald Trump claims that he can end the Russia-Ukraine war in a day. Simon Johnson (@simonhrjohnson.bsky.social) and Oleg Ustenko agree, and think that enforcing a $15/barrel cap on Russian crude oil price would do it, weakening China in the process. bit.ly/3Z8a7q2

23.11.2024 06:34 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0There is a chunk of Trump voters who voted for him reluctantly and who also likely realize how toxic Twitter has become. We should welcome them and have civil discussions and even disagreements. Minds will definitely be changed if we do that.

Very informative and inciteful. I own a home health business and I went from knowing almost nothing about AI a year ago to using it for some tasks weekly and trying to figure out other ways to use it. Thanks for sharing.

My wife and I found two forgotten IRAs from 2011, each with $5,000 in Apple stock. Over the years, those untouched investments had grown to nearly $50,000 eachβa true case of "set it and forget it."
I found you on Prof G and am now hooked.
