This is so low. There are several game-breaking bugs/issues for weeks and even months in the game not being addressed, yet every Eververse oopsie gets fixed in record time. Are you completely unaware people are less willing to spend their money because of the state of the game?

I disagree. The (paying) customers should not be burdened by bad executive moves, ever. Let alone be let aware of all the drama behind the scenes in such detail, to accept it as an excuse. This is just not how to do business.
