They were not right because these strikes don't and wouldn't have raised fuel prices.

A new volcanic eruption in Iceland fills a small valley with lava. Bright orange lava spills out of a vent at the center of the photo and spreads out toward the camera (a drone above the landscape). In the background are numerous tall, rocky hills, the tops of which are illuminated by the just-setting Sun.

We all need a little caldera in our life, right?

Exactly.
We don't fully understand how molecules individually move through the atmosphere, we don't fully understand the dynamics of a graind of rice tumbling down a pile of rice.
That also doesn't mean that in these complex systems lies any sort of intelligence, or thinking entity behind it.

I didn't intend to discuss.
I was correcting your false statement :)
Then you decided to pull a weird, unfitting analogy from nowhere and here we are, where you have wasted both of our times.

Blew my mind seeing these coastal/shallow marine structures and rocks in the Buntsandstein formation.
Further south where I'm from BS is a purely terrestrial/fluvial sandstone facies.

If you ever time travel I would think twice about visiting Germany during its early Triassic hothouse phase. Pretty extreme post-apocalyptic Pangean setting.

OTOH, the outcrops, museum displays, books. Definitely do that. Thumbs up.

They literally just did a double tap on a train station full of people in broad daylight. But hey since the western man is tired of news about the war, letโ€™s just call it another Saturday in Ukraine

Not only that but in your first post you stated a falsehood ("Ukraine didn't had long range drones").
Your whole argument was off to a wrong start and you have yet to correct it lol

I did understand you very well I just think you are wrong in your assessment.
And you failed up to back any of your point with any kind of evidence, so what can I possibly work here with?

Putin is only mad in a sense that he started a senseless war the consequences and outcome he severily underestimated.
Other than that he is a reasonable actor.
Saying he will nuke willy nilly after all these years hasn't understood his tactics at all.

Not to mention that the Biden admin was the driving force behind forbidding Ukraine to strike russia at all.
Meaning Ukraine, with the help of her western partners could have striked those refineries much earlier, even before they produced their first long range drone.

04.10.2025 12:52 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

What the fuck does that mean?
It's fact that Ukraine possessed and utilized long range drones to strike russian oil refineries and oil storage sites.
Up to 1800km away even.

04.10.2025 12:50 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 2    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 3    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

This is specifically about Ukraines strikes on russian oil refineries.
And how the Biden admin rather put effort in into preventing them, rather enabling them.
Don't move the goalpost.

04.10.2025 12:37 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

What, you think russian oil infrastructure only became vulnerable this year? :D That would be an amazing coincidence.
Why do you think the Biden admin wasn't happy about Ukraine striking these?

04.10.2025 12:01 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

If one paid attention, yes.

And they prevented a russian loss around 2022/2023.
They further prevented mass drone strikes on russian refineries in 2024 due to their fear of rising fueld prices.
