DEI is merely a recruitment tool to make sure you’re reaching out to diverse and underrepresented populations when you look to hire people, such as elderly, low SES, disabled, etc. it’s by no means “quotas”. Ask any experienced HR professional. Anyone saying what you are isn’t educated on DEI.
