This is area of work is new to me

tech friends. I’m working on helping draft bill language for a tfgbv bill for California campuses. I am looking for suggestions on how survivors can get non consensual images taken down in lieu of going to each website. Is there something akin to this cyberbullying.org/take-it-down For adults?

I plan to share results publicly and will reflect the findings in my meetings, but i find it super interesting that the responses are showing Physician Training as the highest ranked for legislative priorities, even over trials. Maybe bc there is such a lack of information about ME compared to LC.

My dad retired in 2004ish and hes just now starting to feel a sense of normalcy I PROMISE u. And the first ten years post retirement were so traumatic and rough for everyone.

Me and my colleague dont get paid to lead this work. we have been gracious to get small funding from CSW on campus to pay our students for their precious time and energy, but we want to give them more. we have all done so so much work behind the scenes. Grassroots organizing is so taxing

It’s just given me so much more hope and fuel to continue doing this. And to replicate it in other areas like for ME. keep sowing seeds y’all ❤️

Our assembly member has requested $1million to help us continue our campus sexual violence work. And when we didn’t get it, he planned to request it again, until we do. I am so grateful that I started crying this morning lol. so much energy and labor has been put into this work.
