The friends Brits make while in Accident and Emergency waiting rooms are proof that Brits are the most adaptable at waiting. They'll exchange life stories, trauma, when they got their first dog and how it died. Brits are so versatile and dynamic. It's so interesting.

Staff are doing their best to keep on top of everything, but this just further reaffirms my reasons for leaving the NHS. Underfunded, overworked, constant case loads and red tape galore. Is it past a rehaul? Probably. (3/3)

Standing space is limited, all the seats are taken, all the temporary wheelchairs are in use. A rough estimate puts approximately 80 patients in the main waiting room alone as of 19:00.
Out of the entire waiting room, only two people are wearing masks despite the RSV, hMPv + Flu outbreaks. (2/3)

Currently sat in CUH Addenbrooks, it's a Monday Afternoon. I've just witnessed a lady collapse in front of me for standing for so long. The gentleman next to me has been here since 10am and hasn't been seen by anyone. It's so busy there aren't initial triage nurses. (1/3)
