Doctors have an inbuilt prejudice against what patients tell them. Assume it's either made up or misunderstanding of the physical reality. But they're using AI for all sorts of medical purposes despite the fact that AI without rigid controls makes shit up constantly. I don't find that comforting.

I was in a mood yesterday and I got a cold-call from a client who said “AI told me this is a strong federal case.” Hand to God she said that. I told her anything AI told her about her case was shit and this did not look promising. And lo, it was not.
