Not sure if 3DXtech ships outside the US. They are when you need very technical filaments. For combat robots and industrial parts it's some of the best.

Them, 3Dextech, IC3D, protopasta, and cookiecad are my gotos for specific filaments. Printed solid also good, especially for when I'm looking for filament that uses Amphora resins.

Atomic filaments makes a good silvery gray pla that's not abrasive and doesn't get the same sort of weird weakness that silk filaments get.

They also have it in PETG if you need a more technical filament as well.
